Plant structure
The plants are modular in design, run fully automatically and are remote-monitored via modem.
They switch off automatically for maintenance or in case of faults. This does not affect the swimming bath operations.

Module 1
The heart of the SCHÜNEMANN system is the first membrane stage, consisting of an ultrafiltration plant.
Module 2
This module contains all the tank fittings and pumps for fully automatic cleaning of the membranes with special alkaline and acid membrane cleaners.
Module 3
To limit the salt content in the water, an additional reverse osmosis system is provided downstream - although usually a system for only a partial flow of the water previously treated in the ultrafiltration is sufficient.
To avoid secondary contamination, the treated water is either directed through a UV plant or chlorinated before it is reintroduced into the pool water circuit.
